While warranty claims are handled by our technical department, for all non-warranty returns (limited to replacement parts only; original parts are non-returnable), please follow the instructions outlined below.

"Feel free to reach out to us within 90 days for returns. Kindly ensure that the items are in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items that have been installed or are not in unused condition."
1. Initiate the Return Process: Contact us via email at [email protected], through our chat support, by opening a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or by calling (+852) 65823579. Request an RMA # and provide a brief explanation for your return.
2. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product for return shipment and clearly write the RMA# on the package. Follow the shipping instructions provided by our customer service representative.
3. Processing the Return: Upon receiving the returned item, one of the following actions will be taken: - Refunds: The original purchase price will be refunded. - Exchange: A replacement part will be sent out.
Important Notes: - Full credit will be issued for items returned in their original, uninstalled, and resalable condition. - Customers are responsible for shipping costs, taxes, in cases of "bought in error" or "no longer needed." - Huparts covers shipping costs for reasons such as "quality issues" or "incorrect shipment." - PayPal refunds will be processed within one day, while credit card refunds may take up to 5 days (the processing time is determined by the bank). - For products with free shipping, the refund amount will include the full purchase price without deductions for shipping fees.
Return Addresses: We operate multiple warehouses in the USA and China. Prior to returning or exchanging items, please contact us for instructions on shipping the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
